It looks like it's between these two pups:

We're looking for the curliest coat possible and of course trying to read loads into personality style and temperament from one photo. We're gonna try to take a trip out to see them the end of April before we visit back east. Then the visit, we come home and we get to pick up the new pup for keeps! Gid's given a few name suggestions. Top two: Izpuh and Zuko. We're also considering Arlo, but I dunno. I might want to save that one for a human child. Opinions?
A blog I read: huffmania, they have a daughter named Arlo. Those are all cool names, and those are adorable doggies!!

Posted by: davidg at April 18, 2007 09:02 AMI like Zuko.
Kelev is Hebrew for "dog", and I like the way it sounds, too.
If we had a dog, we would probably name it "Tina", which is the word for dog in Mixteco, and it makes us giggle because Sam liked to feed the dog in the village and he would go to the door and call out, "Tina, you fat lard, come get some food!" Though I also like the idea of having a dog named "Gato." Makes me smile.
